Undergraduate

  • 4 year BEd Degree in Music, Physical Education or Technical Education.
  • 4 Year Combined (or Concurrent) Undergraduate degree in other subjects.

Minimum entry requirements.

  • The entry requirements asked for by the University you are applying to;
  • AND Higher Grade English at a pass C or above.

Postgraduate

1 year PGDE Postgraduate Degree.

Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE Primary)

Minimum entry requirements.

  • A degree from a university in the UK or of an equivalent standard from outside the UK. The degree should contain 80 SCQF credit points relevant to the teaching qualification being studied. 40 of the credit points must have been studied at SCQF Level 8 (2nd year or above); AND
  • Higher Grade English at a pass C or above.
